THE IDEA

A little order between shifts.

Ruang Jaga is a personal workspace for dr. Shinta Anni Fadilla at Klinik Naja Shafana, organizing the administrative work around everyday practice.

WHAT I BUILT

Keep the working day in one place.

Rebuilt the workspace with Next.js, Drizzle, Neon PostgreSQL, and Better Auth. Changes enter an IndexedDB queue before synchronization, with operation IDs and record versions to handle retries and conflicts. Letter numbers are issued online in a transaction, while the installable shell supports work between connections.

  • Private password sign-in with database sessions and no public registration.
  • Shift scheduling with overlap checks across nights and month boundaries.
  • Letter drafts, monthly numbering, clinic-header snapshots, and PDF output.
  • A personal logbook and clinical calculation tools for doctor review.
  • Offline change queue, synchronization status, and conflict review.
  • Calendar reminder export, backup import, and an installable PWA shell.
